January 15, 2014, two guest speakers discussed “The Rule of Law” pertaining to the Holocaust and contemporary issues and then answered questions from the audience.  Professor John Paul Jones is a distinguished teacher and writer about Constitutional law, administrative law, maritime law, and military law.  The Honorable Tracy W. Thorne-Begland, formerly Richmond’s Chief Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney, is currently the General District Court Judge in Richmond, VA.
